Alcohol, Drugs and Smoking
Passengers of legal drinking age (21+) may consume alcohol on the bus. All alcohol consumed must always remain inside the vehicle. Open containers cannot be carried outside the vehicle, as this may violate local and state laws. No illegal substances or smoking (including vaping) are allowed on the bus.
Weapons
The possession of firearms, explosives, knives, or any other weapons (lethal or non-lethal) is strictly prohibited on the VET'd Transportation Service.
Deposit
Up to 33% (Thirty three percent) of the total amount is required as a deposit to confirm the reservation. All deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellation
The purchaser is fully responsible to pay the total amount if the booking is cancelled within 7 days prior to the event.
Payment
The purchaser is responsible for the payment of the total amount, via credit card, debit card or cash.
If the purchaser cannot provide payment at the time of the pickup, VET'd Transportation Service will not start the job. Therefore, the risk of not getting paid will give us the right to cancel. The purchaser is still fully responsible to pay the total amount if he fails to provide the above requirements.
Gratuity
Passengers are welcome to provide tips for outstanding service at their discretion.
Additional Fees and Charges
The purchaser agrees to pay any additional charges incurred such as overtime, mileage (if applicable), tolls, or parking fee. At the purchaser request, VET'd Transportation Services will provide an itemized invoice describing in detail each additional fee and the cost associated with such.
Arrival Time
VET'd Transportation Services shall not be held responsible for late arrival caused by (but not limited to) acts of nature, traffic delays, breakdown, incorrect pickup and drop off information, and any situation beyond our control.
Safety
VET'd Transportation Services will not be responsible for any injuries that may occur due to horse playing while the vehicle is in motion, at a standstill or entering and exiting vehicle. The purchaser on the front of this contract is responsible for his or her guests.
VET'd Transportation Services driver and/or employee reserves the right to eject any individual(s) whom they deem to be disruptive, intoxicated, to pose a safety threat to themselves or to others, or deemed to be using an illegal substance.
By signing up for and participating in the ride the individual agrees that he/she, if intoxicated, will not operate a motorized vehicle after leaving the party bus. By signing up for and participating in the ride, the individual agrees that VET'd Transportation Services employees are not responsible for any claims for injuries, loss, damage, death, liability, criminal or civil litigation for the participating individual arising out of or relating to a ride.
Lost Items
VET'd Transportation Services recommends that all and any personal values be removed from the vehicle when unattended. VET'd Transportation Services will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged articles.
Damage
The individual who books the service (the "Purchaser") assumes full financial responsibility for any damage to the interior or exterior of the vehicle caused by themselves or any member of their party during the rental period. If damage is determined to be the result of negligence, recklessness, or intentional acts, the Purchaser will be held liable for the full cost of repair or replacement.
Cleaning Charge
$150 extra charges may be imposed for excessive mess left behind by passengers, this includes excessive trash, beer cans, bottles, etc. Please help to avoid cleaning charges by removing your trash at the end of your event.
Bio Hazard or Bodily Fluid Clean Up
There will be a $250 charge per incident; NO EXCEPTIONS and this charge will be billed to the credit card on file.
Provider Safety
VET'd Transportation Services is responsible to ensure each of its employees, drivers, and workers receives orientation and training to his or her job duties, including specific safety requirements, prior to beginning the assignment. No employee, driver or worker of VET'd Transportation Services will be placed on equipment or instructed to perform duties for which they do not have the skill or training to perform safely.
Warning
VET'd Transportation Services offers high performance audio in the vehicle, sometimes heat and excessive use of all the power-operated equipment might subject to failure. This will not interfere with the safety of the vehicles and as a result have no effect on continuing or paying of the contracted trip. VET'd Transportation Services guarantees that all vehicles are constantly examined to keep the highest possible standards and eliminate such failures as much as possible.
Compliance
VET'd Transportation Services reserves the right to terminate any contract for non-compliance with any of the above requests, especially if renters do not follow chauffeurs request in order to obey the rules in this contract. All of the given information from the renter is binding and cannot be changed without VET'd Transportation Services.
Waiver
I hereby release and agree to hold Integrated Business Concepts LLC harmless from, and waive on behalf of myself, my heirs, and any personal representatives any and all causes of action, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses and compensation for damage or loss to myself and/or property that may be caused by any act, or failure to act of company, or that may otherwise arise in any way in connection with any services received from Integrated Business Concepts LLC. I understand that this release discharges Integrated Business Concepts LLC from any liability or claim that I, my heirs, or any personal representatives may have against the company with respect to any bodily injury, illness, death, medical treatment, or property damage that may arise from, or in connection to, any services received from Integrated Business Concepts LLC. This liability waiver and release extends to the company together with the owner.
